* Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order before any deductions.
* Shipping & Handling fees start from as little as $4.95 within Australia
* Shipping and Handling for other counties other than Australia and New Zealand will attract an additional fee.
* Please feel free to email us for a quote.
* International Prices start from $ 9.95
* If Not Specified, Shipping and Handling charges are not subject to any special offers or discounts.
* Prices include GST
* All orders are subject to verification.
* For items that are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped.
* Please note, that for these back orders the total shipping and handling charge will not be increase from the initial order or quote.
* All backorders are ship out via our Standard Delivery option
* All items are carefully checked prior to despatch and hand packed by us.
* Once cleared payment is received your purchase will be despatched directly to you within 1 to 2 working days. (Most orders are despatched the same day payment is received)
* Depending on your location and shipping method please allow 2 to 10 working days for delivery within Australia. (International shipping time vary from 5 days to several weeks)

* After placing your order, an e-mail confirmation will automatically be sent to you with your unique order number.
* If your order has not been received within 10 working days please feel free to contact us for assistance in tracking it down. Meanwhile the next best option is to check with your local post office as sometimes notice of attempted delivery may have been misplaced.

Once you have finished shopping on our site the paypal shopping cart window will open which is the start of the checkout process. Simply select the "Proceed to checkout" button and the payment information page will be displayed. In this step you have two options, if you are a PAYPAL customer you can input your registered PayPal e-mail address in the space provided or select to pay by VISA or MASTERCARD. From here it is easy, just follow the prompts, input your name & delivery details, review your order and then your done.

Exchange & Returns

If there is a problem with any of the items you purchased and received from us we are happy to exchange it or refund the price of the item within 21 days of sale date of goods. Faulty items must be reported and returned back to us within 21 days of receipt of payment in the original condition in which they first sent.

If you have received the wrong product, then you can still return it for exchange or refund within 21 days of purchase (invoice date) but please note that the items must be unopened and unused. All Items must have their original tags and labels and must be unused and un-openned. Please include the following information with the returned goods; your contact name, physical address & postal address, telephone, and all payment details provided by PayPal including transaction ID, your email address and the item names purchased. All return goods are to be sent via registered post, and we hold no responsibility for lost or damaged items.

* You will be issued with a credit note and your account will be credited within 14 business days of receipt. or:
* If refund is sought and payment was made via Paypal then refunds will be issued back to the Paypal account that was used to pay for the goods.
* Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
* The above information must be included with your exchange or return, in order for a credit to be applied.
* If the item you are returning is damaged please follow the above.
* Damaged items being returned will have shipping and handling charges credited to your account.
* If there is a defect in the product on receipt then it may be returned to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.

Please contact our orders department at before returning anything so we can inform you where to send and how to arrange the exchange/ refund. If a refund is sought returned items will be refunded using the same method used to make payment for the order. Return postage to be paid by buyer.

 

Coupons

If you have received or aquired one of our discount coupons and want to use it at our online store please visit the Discount Coupons Page at our store here. To redeem your coupon you can do so at checkout, however you may look-up your coupon by typing in your code at the coupons page.

Upon ordering, you will be prompted to enter the coupon code. After that your discount will be applied to your order.

Please remember:

1. Coupons have an expiry date. After the expiry date coupons may no longer be redeemed.
2. Please remember that coupon discounts are only valid for products which apply to the coupon.
3. Only one coupon may be used per order.
